Depending on the project, one or another mode of collaboration will be chosen contract, our working methods are adapted accordingly. We can offer you some different formula:

1. Contract work with possibility of preliminary accompaniment for the definition of needs and making of the functional and technical specifications

This mode of collaboration minimizes risk for customers as it ensures the delivery of the project on time and budget is set at the outset.

During this, if the project specifications are not yet very clear, we can make available to our client a project manager to help him to define the specifications.

We also propose in this mode, the intermediate deliveries to intervene instead of change or improvement


2. Customer governed

In this mode of collaboration, once formed a team is being provided to the client box by a project manager who will be the speaker.
Billing is done monthly based on daily rates of those affected was his project.

This solution is adapted to the case of projects whose specifications are not very clear yet and the project has no deadline (of developments are done in real time).
